The public is invited to attend the dedication of a new portrait and display within the Tazewell County Courthouse recognizing the World War II naval vessel USS Tazewell. This dedication will take place on the 80th Anniversary of the Invasion of Okinawa, on April 16th at 4:30pm in the main lobby of the Tazewell County Courthouse. This public dedication is FREE and the public and media are encouraged to attend.
